, thank you for sharing this info! My friend who's in Weight

Watchers looks for fiber content in her food labels to come up with

the point total for that food. She says it offsets some of the fat

content. I had no idea!

I've never looked for fiber content before, but I'm guessing since

I'm vegan and eat tons of beans and veggies and such that I'm getting

my 25 grams in?
