Guest guest Posted January 13, 2008 Report Share Posted January 13, 2008 Hi, This morning I did a workout I haven't tried before (thanks Vennitta) It was The Firm Express Cardio. This workout was fun, but very light for me. I previewed it and thought it might be quite challenging with a lot of the high impact it showed, but it just wasn't quite enough for me cardio wise. It was just 30 minutes so I got a very light workout in this morning. I really do think I need these kinds of workouts every now and then. I think I push myself too often, but its just so hard for me to pull out those really easy workouts because I feel like I'm not getting anything out of it, when I know truly that I am. Anyway, I had down to do Kest Energize today, but my back and shoulders are a tad bit sore and doing one of 's routines wouldn't be like resting those areas, I'd be working them. So, I might do some abs and a lighter yoga routine this evening. Hope you all are having a nice weekend ~**~~**~Start the year off right. Easy ways to stay in shape in the new year.
