Wednesday workout

Hi,

This morning was Cardio Camp. I always forget that this workout is close to an hour long (not including the leg work) I love the combos, but they do get just a tiny bit repetitive...still an awesome workout. I love the very last kick box section, thats so fun. I burned 423 calories.

I got up with my hamstrings and calves a little bit sore from yesterday and I could really feel it during some of the cardio.

Had some nasty weather yesterday and last night. Today it seems to be better. Spring is so close but yet so far.
