Guest guest
Today was Turbulence Training (TT) day 2, Beginner Workout B, and it was the best workout I have ever had! (not the most fun workout, that's Jazzercise! but it was okay, and left me proud!)... I was dripping sweat after the resistance, before I had even started the Interval cardio!!! I usually sweat, but my shirt was pretty wet, from weights!!! Quite the change from slower BFL. I really got a good 45-60 min sweat, while doing the resistance and then the interval So the hardest exercises are the ones I've never done, the step up on the bench: I used a slightly lower bench, because my knee hurt a little on the bench. The ball was easier today than Tuesday, yea! QUESTION: At home, can I do the step up on the stairs? or are there alternative suggestions for a bench-substitution? (1) i think my bench may be too cheap/undstable, and (2) I want to not step up too high in the beginning if it's gonna hurt my knee, until I strengthen my glut muscles... 15# chest press. A GREAT workout to boost metabolism; mine runs slow, and being 61 it runs slower, making weight loss very difficult (I'm eating BFL and EatStopEat (ESE), pretty clean with a touch of chocolate) Thanks for all your comments.
