Hi everyone. I just finished week one and lost 5 pounds. I know it's not all

fat loss but it's motivating to see the scale move. I have about 80 pounds to

lose.

I'm trying to stick to BFL as much as possible but have a few questions.

Exercise - I just finished a 6 week boot camp class and am debating on whether I

should do another 6 weeks. I like it because it gets me up and to the gym M,W,F

at 6:00 am, I get a great workout and I'm done for the day. It's not what BFL

prescribes however. We do a lot of sprints though so I figure that at least 20

minutes of the class is similar to the cardio recommended. Thoughts?

I work out with a trainer for an hour every Thursday and would like to continue.

Do you think it would be okay if I do upper body on Tuesday, full body on

Thursday with my trainer and lower body on Saturday? If I take the boot camp

class, we also do a little strength training.

Food - I'd like to have a protein bar as one of my meals. I like the Zone bars

and Detour bars. Are those okay or do you have any suggestions for something

that would be better?

I don't see hummus on the approved list. I like to have a couple of tablespoons

with my carrots and celery for lunch. Do you think that's okay?

I know that should, and will, cook most of my own meals but has anyone found any

frozen entrees that are BLF friendly? What about the Kashi ones?

Thanks for your help.

Lori
