donna,

most of the quick fixes is breathing and those kundalini arm/hand

motions. i'm so bad!! i just ordered dr yoga house call. house call

has a set called flexible & free--i want to see if this will improve

the flexibility of my joints as i'm begining my exercising again.

think i have to control my spending--do ravi and ana have a workout

for that, lol!!
