I look forward to do more of workouts coming up, I'm sort of on a theme week for a couple of weeks. I watched the step workouts and I like how they are basic yet intense. I'm sort of klutzy so 's workouts are good for me, you practice each 8 count many times before moving on in most cases. My only real critique is that once you string everything together and do the entire thing you only do it a few times. This is also my gripe with Dance Off the Inches. Once you learn a dance you should really get into it and show it off, " feel " the moves and infuse them with your own flair and style.
