Guest guest
ARRRGH! I hate when that happens. I like to track stuff! I've pulled out the safety cord before. I probably got around 5 miles in this morning in about 50 minutes or so. I accidentally pulled the safety cord out of the TM right at the cool down and I lost all my data re: time and distance. GRR! I was around 4.5 miles when that happened, so I walked an extra .5 miles to just get a round number! Take care, Donna
Guest guest
How true your words are. I've been ill for many months to the point of not being able to hold my attention for more than a few seconds. Consequently all the docs I saw thought I was permanently psychiatrically or neurologically ill and they left me to it! As I started to get better (by increasing my blood pressure meds) the wouldn't revise their premature conclusions, so we are still struggling to get me a diagnosis. We're working on the assumption I have narrowing of the vertebral arteries going to the head and the lack of blood flow causes varying levels of confusion. It's a long story and by no means over yet. I wish I had been capable of steering these blinkered docs in the first place. Getting them to unravel their errors is a whole new fight in itself! > > Remember, doctors are not Gods (perhaps Dr. Grim excepted!?), even > though many of them think they are. It is very hard to stand up for > yourself when you are so ill, but you are the only one who can do it. >
