Guest guest
Hi, Sorry I'm not expert on mb12 - we don't use this anymore. The protocol used to be every 3 days but I've read of a lot of variations. http://www.drneubrander.com is a good site. http://www.drneubrander.com/Files/Methyl-B12;%20Myth,%20Masterpiece,%20or%20Mira\ cle.pdf We supplement other forms of B12 because Eddies Yasko genomics test results showed a really huge need for B12 (and that he OVER methylates). So we supplement hydroxb12 and cyanob12. He has done fabulously on these. But I think it's important early on to try to keep things as balanced as you can so I wouldn't recommend jumping in with more b12. But maybe more mB12 would be fine. I'd check what dr neubrander says - his notes are so thorough. We are doing 1000 MCG every FIVE days. > Since this is the only thing that has made a big difference I am eager to give him more if > possible. > > Thank you so much!! > > gfcfmom >
