Guest guest
Thanks for the post Jerry. Very important stuff. Stay away from the stuff that scares, angers, tempts etc. and participate in the stuff that brings love, laughter, etc. That is the biggest reason why I don't watch T.V., listen to radio or read the newspapers anymore. These are products of a mind control agenda designed to enslave our emotions towards the negative. Living in Canada, I noticed over the period of one year that the CTV television network went from showing some warm and funny shows like " Touched by An Angel " , " Everwood " , Everybody Loves " , 70's show, etc. to today's lineup of magic and murder like " CSI, Law/Order, Psychic show(with Arquette), Psychological profile murder show(forget name) etc. On any given night now on CTV. You will only find a lineup of police/law shows, magic/psychic shows, reality shows or adult shows like Nip/Tuck or Desperate Houswives. Even though the comedy shows were not true hearted humour and was based on bad humour at least the material didn't leave one scared or angry. On today's CTV lineup the only emotions they are looking to evoke in people who watch TV are fear, anger, hate and lust predominantly. The movie " Brokeback Mountain " which promotes homosexuality wins an Academy Award! As does some rap song about it not being easy being a pimp these days! Anybody who owns a TV is a subject of massive mind control, get rid of it if you want to be healthy. http://educate-yourself.org/mc/ Corey > > LAUGHTER: Powerful as a statin drug for heart health > > A good laugh may be as good for your heart as taking a statin heart drug. > > A study of 20 healthy volunteers found that laughter increased the flow of blood to the heart by 22 %, which was similar to the results of starting a statin drug or doing strenuous exercise. Their brachial artery flow mediated vasodilatation (FMD) was measured before and after watching the comedy film There's Something About . Their FMD was also measured after they watched the tense and stressful Saving Private war movie. After watching this film, their FMD reduced by 35 per cent. - (Source: Heart, 2006; 92: 261-2). > > Jerry Mittelman, DDS, FAPM > > >

Guest guest
HAHAHHA! I like to laugh at all the medicine commercials. They sell pills like miracle drugs but the side effects are worse than the original problem!
