Hi All,

TGIF! I hope everyone is doing well. I decided that I am going to

measure and weigh once a week now because I think I am getting into

the territory of seeing results. Plus, I need to ensure that I am

staying focused on the program and executing to the highest degree

possible.

So! This week, I have lost zero pounds and 3 1/2 inches. 2 of

those inches were off my waist (sucking it in!). I am very happy

with that.

This past week was a real challenge due to unavoidable work

committments but to accomodate I tweaked the schedule of my

workouts. I did cardio Mon, Tue, & Wed, and did upper AND lower on

Wed and will do cardio, upper and lower again today and on Sunday.

I know it's not optimal BUT it's important to me to get in all the

cardio days and weight days. Any thoughts on this? Doing more harm

than good?
