Guest guest
Hi, This morning I wasted a lot of time trying to figure out what cardio to do. This is why I like doing rotations. Since I've done two kickbox workouts this week I decided to stick with that theme so I pulled out one I haven't done in a long time, Fit To Kick with Sherri Jacquelyn. This workout is an ok workout. Her cueing isn't great, but isn't real bad either. I burned 354 calories. I did just the cardio since I'm doing Jari's workouts this week. Off to start the day Have a good one. ~**~Get fantasy football with free live scoring. Sign up for FanHouse Fantasy Football today.
Guest guest
not so much looking forward to it either..LOL.. I know what you mean. I wasn't looking forward to it either. I have Imax 2 down for next week and I'm really dreading it. I guess I know how darn hard it's going to be. ~**~Looking for a car that's sporty, fun and fits in your budget? Guest guest
Good job, . I hate IMAX3 - I really don't think I have done it in years - it is toture! I should do more interval workouts, though, too! Donna Subject: Thursday workoutTo: CatheFans , exercisevideos , firmies4life Date: Thursday, August 7, 2008, 6:48 PM Hi, Well, I finally got my workout done. I hate so much having to wait until the end of the day practically to get a tough workout in, but I did it. I did Imax 3, the entire thing. Boy, I'm sure not use to doing these tough interval workouts, at least not the entire thing. I was spent by the time blast 4 was over so I knew I was doomed from that point on lol I burned 539 calories so that should be enough to keep the fires burning all the rest of the evening lol I do think I need to do these kinds of workouts more often then what I do. Maybe they wouldn't feel like torture. Have a nice evening. ~**~ Looking for a car that's sporty, fun and fits in your budget? Read reviews on AOL Autos. Guest guest
This sounds like a fun workout! Great going ! Thursday workout Hi, Well, today was cardio so I saved it for this evening so I'd be sure I had the energy. I did Women's Health Train For Your Body Type. I like this DVD because you can do prebuilt workouts or customize them. I customized mine and did the following... warm up Cardio Interval Training (each round is done twice through. 30 seconds for each interval) Round #1 ice skaters jack & jab squat jump power lunge Round #2 quad jump jump rope twisting feet march Round #3 duck & switch power quick feet power heels dot drill Round #4 shuffle touch down bob & weave w/ jab high knees alternating side squats Amp it up Kick box- 5 min Abs cat stretch the roll up V-extensions side plank w/leg lift reverse bicycle standing hundred (I did this exercise on the floor. Don't feel much doing it standing) This workout was a nice change from I'm use to doing, but I must admit, I could've done more. Since I only got 2 cardio workouts in this week I was hoping to get 2 good ones. The first one was screwed up because I was so sore and this one I could've done more. Oh well, there's always next week Have a nice evening. ~**~ Looking for a car that's sporty, fun and fits in your budget? Read reviews on AOL Autos.
