Thank you for the get well wishes, everyone! I do feel much better today but still kinda weak. I'll go back to work tomorrow out of boredom if nothing else! Stacey you need to come over and check out my herbal tea stash! It's kind of like with workout videos :/ I have at least 20 kinds. When I quit drinking in October I allowed myself to splurge on all organic fruit juices and herbal teas! I've been drinking Emergen-C type packets/drinks that I got from a health food store - my friend's b/f works there and gives me a 20% discount even for stuff on the discount table! It is so SWEET! I got a $10 fancy herbal expec cough syrup for 75 CENTS! It was near expiration and on the discount table. I got the Emergen-C type packets uber cheap there too. I'm grateful for these items the past couple of sick days, lemme tell ya!My other obsessive compulsive addiction is Bath & Body works shower gels, lotions

and body splashes. I literally have enough for 3 lifetimes but I can't help but acquire more scents! IT'S AWFUL. I do use them though, kind of like with workout videos..Unless I'm at the gym or coloring my hair, I ONLY take baths. It is an important ritual for me to soak with the lights off and a candle burning. I have a scent of the day, or SOTD and today it's Lavender Vanilla in case you were wondering..Okay, DONE RAMBLING. Obviously I have too much time on my hands. I'm previewing workouts under Donna's influence. Donna, you got a HELLUVA lot done this morning for running on empty! I'm so impressed! You got me thinking, "I may be weak but I do need to do something or my lower back will be angry with me". This is what I came up with, and I'll review them as I do them:Good Ole Sansone to the Rescue! I'll do a virgin workout of hers to warm up.

Cole's AM T'ai Chi practice (watching it now. Damn he's hot! He needs to look inward into that chi of his and realize that I am the woman of his dreams)Yoga Complete for Everybody: Practice for the Spine (from the beginner section)This evening I would like to do do the PM T'ai Chi practice and maybe another gentle yoga practice before bed. Evening Bath with Hemaleya Behl? Or another Body Wisdom one? hmm.. I'm open to suggestions. For Donna and who have to let go of their little girls to Kindergarten: I'm not a mother but can imagine how gut wrenching this must be. Sometimes in the morning when I go to work I have a hard time leaving my CATS behind. It must be a hundred times worse with a sweet little girl who loves you and needs you! And to let them go to the big bad world of Kindergarten where there are bullies, germs, potential pedophiles... EEK!

What I loved about kindergarten were the Letter People. I always had a crush on Mr. C (Cotton Candy) and was afraid of Mr. R. (Rubberband). Okay, done rambling!

laura,

some day i'm going to show up at your door!! a visit to your house

sounds very relaxing!

i like tea but don't drink any while i'm nursing. before i was

pregnant i loved chai, lemon zinger, pomegranate...and others (it

would be a very long list). sometimes i like a slice of lemon in a

glass of seltzer--very refreshing!!

yes, the emergen-c is on hand here as well. if my zinc isn't doing

the job i drink a glass!
