hi! im ready to check-in for the last 2 days...

thursday - walked chinook for 41 mins, then did ripped 1000 for

the 2nd time. i enjoyed the workout more this time. probably

because i knew what to expect and was prepared for the

modifications required. i was able to increase my weights a bit

and plan to do another increase tomorrow (saturday). however,

this workout makes me sore!! certainly more sore than any of the

other ripped workouts have so far.

it was a beautiful evening again so i went out for a 56 min walk

with chinook, then did a 6 min stretch afterward. all of this

activity gave me a burn of 834 cals !! also, my food intake

was really good... i was too tired to eat in the late evening as

often do....LOL

friday - wow, feeling quite tired and sore this morning.

decided to try some yoga to loosen up and wake up. had eoin

finn power yoga for happiness on deck so i figured i would try

it. ive done this 2 disc dvd set before, but it was a long time

ago. today, though, it was not happening!! i was too tired

and sore to keep up to this power yoga practice, so it was not a

good choice for me today at all :( i also had yoga now:AM

sitting there, which is only a 10 min workout, so i put it in and

did most of it, but did not find it appealing and did not even

finish it! then i proceeded to lie on the couch and rest ;)

i need to watch out for that... doing too much on one day and

then burning out the next. not that i did that this time

extact, but i just have to watch out for falling into this

pattern. as we all know, consistency is more important!
