Guest guest
Hi Everyone, For cardio I did Dozois - Breakthrough Body Cardio (Rockin' Body?? Something like that). Anyway, I had a good time with it. This is one that has grown on me, I didn't like it for some reason the first time I tried it, but the more I have done it the more I like it. There are 6 cardio combos, no taking it from the top - you learn it - repeat it on both sides and move on. For the abs/Yoga part of my day I did the Pilates segment and the Yoga segment from Breakthru Pilates Plus (featuring and York). My DOMS from yesterday isn't too bad, a bit in my chest but legs and everything else seem okay. I was surprised that my triceps survived, but they did! I may tweak my Ripped Rotation a bit, to add in more Yoga. I'm thinking of only doing two Ripped workouts per week and doing one full body yoga session in place of the 3rd Ripped workout. My back (lower back, hip) is freakin' killing me and I think I need to stretch it out more. I am actually going to the chiro on Thursday - hopefully I'll get some good ideas on what to do. So, I think this will be my plan: Day 1 - Cardio, Abs & Yoga (Stretch yoga) Day 2 - Ripped Workout & Stretch Day 3 - Cardio, Abs & Yoga (Stretcy Yoga) Day 4 - Full Body Yoga or Yoga Pilates Blend (thinking of Power Yoga workouts to get some good strengthening in as well as lengthening, stretching) Day 5 - Cardio, Abs & Yoga (Stretch Yoga) Day 6 - Ripped Workout & Stretch Day 7 - Rest I'm also thinking of sticking with each Ripped Workout for 2 weeks, so 2 weeks of Ripped, 2 weeks of S & L, 2 weeks of RTTC. Still haven't decided what to do about 1000 or Chisled..... Oh well, I think that is my plan for now! Take care!Donna
