Wow. Loved this workout. I was quite skeptical at first considerung how easy the first Biggest Loser was. But this one was very challenging. The DVD has three different options for time. You can do either a 30, 40, or 50 minute workout. Bob starts you off with a 5 minute warm-up, and then a 20 minute workout. The second session is ten minutes of Jillian, and the third is ten minutes of Kim. The workout ended with a 5 minute yoga-type stretch w/ Bob again. I thought all 3 sections were equally as challenging for me. The music was nothing to remember, and I did like the trainers' approaches. I did put on my weighted gloves and had them on for the duration of the workout. However, I don't think I needed them. Now, tonight I plan on doing an additional 20 - 30 minutes..focusing on abs or ab/cardio combo.Darcy
