tuesday: prevention: ultimate walking workout (2007)

this was a virgin i had to unwrap before i played it in the dvd player!

it has three workouts: walking workout, accelerated workout (intervals)

and body shaping workout. a warmup and cool down is also included. i

did the 15 minute walking workout--with a very simple but pleasant

athletic type movements. classic prevention/chris freytag...i did some

modifications when natalie wanted to be held, lol.

this week, i will do the other two workouts from this dvd just to make

it simple for myself.
