Guest guest Posted August 11, 2008 Report Share Posted August 11, 2008 I just did AM Chi for Beginners, PM Chi for Beginners, Upper Body Chi for Beginners, and Lower Body Chi for Beginners this weekend. I think they might be more what you are looking for. They are slow moves, but you do feel them. They are all by Gaiam, as are the yoga ones I recommended in my last post. They are all a single exerciser in a beautiful scenic setting too, so very calming.
