Guest guest
Were these with Dorain Ross? I think I put at least one of these titles on hold at the library. Looking forward to giving these a try. The only ones I was able to find were GAIAM's YogaKids, which we tried last year and they were sort of silly and didn't have the calming effect I was looking for. I think I might try the Lee Holden's 7 minute Qigong, it might be just short enough to keep him interested to finish and give him a sense of accomphishment, and maybe over time his focus and attention will grow so that we can do longer routines. Even if he did the am and pm back to back, it is only 14 minutes but I think that is about as much as he would do anyway. > > > > > > My daughter (6 1/2) and I do Wai Lani's Little Yoginis video > > together.
