I believe it is explained in the introductory DVD how to do

everything. I am not sure, but I do know there is an interval workout

somewhere in the DVD mix.

Not sure if that helps!

The ChaLean Extreme Package is huge and will include:

Burn Basics - a complete guide to the proper mechanics of lifting,

the theology behind the program and how to lift using the super slow,

super concentrated technique

Band Basic - a complete guide on how to use every one of my videos

Ugh (My credit card is weeping!) I see that bands can be used - this may be good for me as I'm having difficulty w/ using weights w/ my back these days. I would like to splurge on some high quality bands as well, trouble is, I'm not sure if my finances will allow me to purchase this in the near future! GRR!Take care,

The deluxe package sounds awesome, but I already have so many

resistance bands and the gloves and everything. All I would need is

the DVD's. I hope they work out something for those of us who

already own so many Beach Body Products.
