But you don't NEED to work out six hours...you just need about four hours a

week. The rest will happen, over time. Perfection is boring.

Just for fun, what do you think she DOES for six hours?? Does she count

massages and wraps as part of her " working out " time??? lol

Maybe it looks like this:

AM:

1 hr cardio upon waking

mid morning 1 hr yoga class

PM: 2 hrs with weights

1 hr spinning class at the celebrity gym

1 hr soothing pilates in the evening

????

And she has 3 kids? Clearly she is not the primary caregiver for them. I

have 2 who are school aged and I couldn't think of doing that much and still

meet their needs w/homework assistance and emotional bonding time.

Forget that stupid scale. There are many changes that it can't measure.

For instance, how do you FEEL?!?

I know how you feel! The scale sux! My patience is wearing thin although I know

I am getting results.  After 6 weeks, I am still in the same size jeans, but I

have no more muffin top and they are starting to get loose.  I figured by now I

would fit into the next size down. It seems like I am not losing nearly as fast

as I have in the past.  The main thing that is different is that I no longer run

for cardio.  It works the best for me, but I really dont want to be laying in

bed at night not being able to sleep because my ankles ache so bad. If I get

impatient enough I might give it a try again. For now I will just keep eating

clean and giving it all Ive got on the weights and elliptical machine.

Well See, that's just it, today I feel like a cow. ;) Its probably the

weather, (rain/snow) and I know Its the whole media/oprah weighs 200 (I

weigh 192) and all that jazz. I ate bad food yesterday. (vending machine

snacks. (salt, no nutrition) and drank TWO diet cokes. Big wow right?

Normally? I feel great, A bit tired from spin class but really good. Since

March I'm down 20 pounds and 5 sizes. Not bad but I want three more sizes.

;) I am frustrated, not in a " i'm giving up way. " but in a God I'm such a

cow way.

5 sizes! Thats great! Congratulations.

Dont worry about yesterday.  Just keep going.  You dont want to give in and lose

what you have worked so hard for.  I am discouraged too, but I dont want to keep

being miserable in a body I am not happy with. The only choice is to keep on

keepin on. Some days my motto is " I dont have to like it.  I just have to do

it! "

Hang in there!

Thanks,! just a whiny season. I think I'm going to go buy a new water bottle

at lunch. (whoo hoo) to go with 's book.

You know I just looked at the calendar (I give myself check marks for

working out/eating right) and I have check marks for most of the days this

month. So I need to just stop whining!

I'm decided this time. (in March) I was going to do it with or without

results. I just wish the scale would sink about 20 pounds in the next month.

;) (hey it happens for some people)
