hi !

i was able to get outside this evening with chinook after all.

i rushed the kids around to get homework and supper done and my

dh made his own supper, so that i could get out there. we

walked for 62 mins, then i did an 8 min stretch on my own. 338

cals. it was a beautiful evening!!!

tomorrow is RTTC again :) i am a bit sore but mostly tired.

ds has to take his medication every 6 hours and that doesnt give

me enough time to sleep. im going to have to stretch his dosage

out to 8 hours tonight... not ideal for an antibiotic, but dang!

:*carolyn.

Glad you got out Carolyn! It may not be the best for antibiotics, but I always slept through my nigh time dose and just took it first thing in the a.m.! I hope he is feeling better. My DH got shingles once, when we first moved down here he had a job working overnights and never got used to sleeping during the day, so for about 8 months (until he got switched to a day shift) he didn't sleep - and out came that dormant chicken pox virus!

Take care!
