Guest guest
Thanks for the tip, Donna! You gave me that ALC2 tape, and that too is a virgin and my other foot now has a unique pain UG!! I need to save my feet for high impact teaching, so maybe I will finally try this one! My gym (garage)is cold - it might snow in Portland this weekend! I'm so excited! We hardly even had a dusting last year, and I'm dying to see my new house and 'hood all prettied up with snow I'm really hoping we get a snow day off work; that would be so rad! --- In exercisevideos , Donna M-P > I think you'll like it, ! Lots of good balance challenges. I love Kari's style! If your foot still hurts you may want to do Angles, Lines and Curves or Angles, Lines & Curves II
Guest guest
Hi ! ALC# 2 may be better for your foot - what is happening to it? Gosh, we're all getting injured here! I can't decide if I want to try one of the ALC workouts tomorrow or do Classical Stretch. I love Kari, but CS is really helping my back - so that one will probably win out. I may feel brave enough to try a step workout soon, I may give Kari's "GO" workout a try. Still nervous about how my back will react to step.....but sometimes my back just starts bothering me out of the blue - so why not try a step workout? C ould be good, could be bad! It is getting chilly here - we had a lot of rain and in the 60's earlier this week (made me think of you in the Pacific NW!) but now it is getting cold. We haven't had any real snow to speak of - but we usually don't get a ton around here (which is good, b/c an inch or two around here sends everything into complete chaos!) Take care, Donna Subject: Donna / Thursday - Kari 's ReachTo: exercisevideos Date: Friday, December 12, 2008, 2:00 PM Thanks for the tip, Donna!
