I have been looking at Down's and Chlamydia Pneumonia (CP) recently.

Tim, Eddie and I all tested positive for CP - it can be a nasty

infection http://www.cpnhelp.org/handbookintro It is linked with MS

and other chronic diseases.

I thought I would share some of the links. I find the information

really resonates.

First CP - Here's a supplement list that is helping

http://www.cpnhelp.org/publicimages/allsupplementschart.html

Notice the high vitamin D there :-)

For Down's Syndrome - sorry I got a bit carried away with links on

this ....

look at the methylation pathway and all the other familiar things

http://www.mercola.com/2000/jul/23/downs.htm

If I understand properly it is methylation problems that can trigger

Down's.

A Dr Turkel was doing amazing things nutritionally years ago.

It's interesting that there are problems with gluten and thyroid - the

more you look the more the effective treatments match up to ours

http://www.doctoryourself.com/downs.html

I like the DoctorYourself site Dr Turkel is listed below Bernie

Rimland - on the orthomolecular hall of fame page

http://www.doctoryourself.com/2007HOF.html

More on nutritional approach to Down's - digestive enzymes, amino

acids, oils ..

http://www.beannachar.co.uk/ds/tni.htm

http://www.dsrf.co.uk/Reading_material/Leo_story/leostory.htm

http://www.dsrf.co.uk/

They even don't develop the distinctive facial features

http://www.altonweb.com/cs/downsyndrome/index.htm?page=orthoface.html

I think our basic approach to wellness is what we have in common

across many successful " alternative " approaches - of course best

personalised to genes and test results - but there is very much common

ground to good and healing nutrition and detox.

Best wishes,

Sandy
