Hi all, I am so thrilled to have found this site. I had tried it on my own a

year ago but had

an accident (kidney injury) on Week 11 Day 73. Couldn't move without major pain

for

weeks, then got used to the inactivity, I'm afraid.

Then lived like a slug for 2 years (well actually very active in family &

community, but

nothing that really works muscles) until a couple of weeks ago when I took up

jogging.

Then I read this book called Flat-belly diet which recommends that the first 4

days you

eat this exact prescribed menu but don't exercise yet. So I started on it, and I

felt dumb

not exercising, so I exercised anyway, and then I was starving, drinking this

fruit

smoothie, and said, " where is my protein? " And then I said, " where is my BFL

book? "

So today is Day 2 for me, and I feel like I'm home again. Weight training was a

little

disappointing though-- I thought I could pick up the 10-pounders and start where

I left

off, but I'm using the 5s again-- nearly back where I started-- yikes!

I posted photos in the " here goes " album, starting at 197lbs (back to the

drawing board).

Question:

I was going to call this C2 for me, but not sure if that's breaking some kind of

rule, since I

didn't totally finish the first one? Not to mention I erased all my progress

anyway. I really

don't care either way, but like to name it one way or the other if you know what

I mean

(only the odd ones will know what I mean, hope there are a few of you out

there...)

Thanks,
