Tuesday workout

Hi,

Well, I got my workout in this evening and I'm so glad :)

I did Imax (1-5) then did Crunch Joy Of Yoga (skipping the warm up)

I keep forgetting how much I like adding on yoga to my regular workout either before or after.

I kept my HRM on while doing the yoga so I could just get a total time and calorie burn for both the cardio and yoga. I was happy to see that I burned 430 calories and for both routines it took a little over an hour.

Now I can feel good about relaxing this evening and watching Idol.
