Guest guest
I didn't have time or energy to workout last night so I made sure to get it in this morning which really does work better for me. I did Ellen Barrett's (Crunch) Burn and Firm Pilates. I used my 5lb handweights during the weighted section and felt nice and fatigued with all the reps she does. Again, I have to say I really like her workouts. She has a nice personality, great instruction and cueing plus very encouraging. I have to get more of her newer workouts.
