Wednesday's workout - Ellen Barrett

I didn't have time or energy to workout last night so I made sure to get it in this morning which really does work better for me.

I did Ellen Barrett's (Crunch) Burn and Firm Pilates. I used my 5lb handweights during the weighted section and felt nice and fatigued with all the reps she does. Again, I have to say I really like her workouts. She has a nice personality, great instruction and cueing plus very encouraging. I have to get more of her newer workouts.

she strikes me as more of a pilates instructor, but she also

likes to do 'fusion' workouts, where she does light weights,

yoga, pilates, ballet in one workout. she has 3 new dvds out

and one of them is called 'the yogini workout' which looks like

it is yoga, but im getting the impression that that it is another

of her fusion style workouts. i havent seen a clip though, so i

dont know for sure. she has two shows on fit-tv that you can

check out if you get the channel... pilates sculpt and slow-robics.
