Okay, so I actually was not going to give-up on getting that workout in tonight. Finally, at 9:00, I had all THREE boys sleeping. YA-HOO! I snuck off and finished my workout which I started at 6 this morning. Anyway, I liked it quite a bit. I felt like my obliques mostly got worked though. I liked the moves that she did, except for one where you are lying on the step. I didn't have a mat, and I was soo uncomfortable. I'm sure my form was suffering big-time. Anyway, it was a 14-minute ab routine. I wouldn't call it real tough, but it was nice for a change of pace anyway.
