Guest guest
This came on suddenly this evening as I was walking around the house. I don't remember banging it, stepping on anything, twisting funny or anything. The pain is in the back of my heel on the bottom and along the back (is that the Achilles tendon there?). It hurts like heck to walk on it and aches sitting too. The only possible thing I can think of that happened is that my orthotic might have been pushed too far up in my shoe and I stepped funny and that ended up hurting my foot. Any clues on what to do? Stretches? Ice? I'm trying to rest it and I'll take my Celebrex in the morning (for unrelated foot pain which is much better), I don't remember if I took it today and don't want to take too many doses too close together. Guess it'll be Tamilee's I Want Those Arms workout 2 (all exercises are seated in a chair except one lying on the floor) and an abs workout tomorrow if this keeps up!
