Guest guest Posted August 19, 2008 Report Share Posted August 19, 2008 Hi, Well, I finally got yoga and abs in. I hadn't done any yoga since last Wednesday so my body was screaming for it. I went with Quick Fix Power Yoga and did workouts 1 & 2. These include sun salutations and standing poses. Then I did Cardio & Weights abs and stretch. Great routine!!! I'm wondering if I'm going to get any DOMS from S & H today. I'll know it if I start feeling it this evening. Off to watch some TV.
