I was really surprised by the DOMS I got from her QuickBlast workouts. Here's how it went: Monday - Quickblast Pink workout - I'm sorry, I don't remember the names, and they both have very similar names - I think she learned to name her workouts from the FIRM!) Tuesday - Quickblast Blue Workout wed - Renew You: Cardio Fusion Thurs - Super Body Bootcamp Burn It Friday - Super Body Bootcamp Firm It I did not do well w/ adding in stretching and yoga. I have to do better with that - I struggle with time (when to fit it in? I run out of time in the morning to make it relaxing, but in the evenings, I just don't want to do it!) - eating was also a bit of a struggle. While lunches were good, thanks to leftovers from the veggie and fruit tray at my DD's party (I guess I should have known that a 5 year old b'day party guest list would not exactly chow down on the fruits/veggies! LOL!) there were also leftover goodies like brownie bites and cake. *SIGH* My DH also worked overnights this week (he has to do that once or twice a year) and that always meses up my eating - for some reason, I feel it is okay to lay in bed w/ a book and some chocolate/brownie bites when he isn't around! LOL! Oh well - it is a new week! Speaking of which, for next week I'm still up in the air. I am not working out today or tomorrow (we have guests) so I need a 5 day plan for Mon-Fri. I still may do Classics, Classic Parts, just don't know. I guess come Monday morning I'll do whatever jumps out at me! Take care!
