Guest guest Posted August 9, 2008 Report Share Posted August 9, 2008 hi ! today i did another TLT (tracie long training) workout -- finding your core, with susan harris. i didnt find this workout to be as challenging as jen carman's workout (strength in movement). but for a stability ball workout, it was quite good. and like jen's workout, it is full of unique exercises... certainly exercises that i do not already have in other workouts. 50 mins. intermediate, with some advanced challenges throughout (a modifier is always shown). all of these TLT workouts have good production quality, although i cant recall the music :/ :*carolyn.
