My cats are flipping killing machines..grr.. To make a long story short, they almost killed a small chipmunk. It's a baby, but not tiny. Anyway, I have it now in a container and am wondering what I should do with the poor bugger. I think he is paralyzed because his back legs do not work. I'm pretty sure he's not going to make it. Of course, the boys seen him and I've told them over and over that he probably isn't going to live...grr. Anyway, my question is should I let him die in the box, or should I release him out in the woods? I feel bad. I seen the cat had something outside, but I thought it was a mouse, and sorry, but I'm not rescuing a mouse. By the time I got there and seen what he was, the damage was done....

I don't think there is anywhere nearby that would take him either, I'm kinda of doubting he'll make it to tomorrow anyway..... :(Darcy

Hi Darcy,

Is there a wildlife animal rescue center you can take him to? That is about all I can think of doing....

Take care,

Donna
