Well it felt better by last week so I was doing well in my workouts. Then Thursday I woke up to the similar pain... I muddled through Thursday (I work from home) and relaxed this weekend as much as I can (I'm off Fridays-Sunday) and it is feeling better today so will continue on . I'll have to redo week 3 of the push up challenge since I oinly got 1 day in there. This week I have:Sunday--RestMonday--Ripped 1K/Slim & Six PackTuesday--T3 Commitment/Ab workout/Push Up ChallengeWednesday--Ripped & Chiseled/Ab WorkoutThursday--Cardio/Ab Workout/Push Up Challenge Friday--Slim & Lean/Ab workoutSaturday--Cardio/Ab Workout/Push Up Challenge-- Gymmie in Texaswww.myspace.com/nascartaebogymmie Exercise is the rent I pay for a healthy body. The higher the rent, the better the " house " I live in. I really like living in the " high rent district " and I bet if you just take yourself in hand and tell yourself you are going to do it and like it (or else), you'll end up loving the benefits so much that eventually you couldn't imagine not working out.
