Hi everyone. Life got really busy all

of a sudden, so I apologize for not being more involved with the list. I

am reading and enjoying the workouts posted.

Monday – Cathe Total Body Sculpting –

easy, but I can go pretty heavy, and I do most of the leg work (shallow, but

still). Side leg lifts kill me. Too many months of not being able

to work legs. 2 sessions of walking, 20 mins each.

Tuesday – 30 min walk, 20 mins of

Kathy ’s Aerobox. Whew! Good workout, easy on my

legs! Keeper.

Wednesday – weights and abs from

Step, Jump, Pump. Don’t think I’ve ever done that premix

before – short, but effective. 2 walks, 20 mins each.

Thursday – 3 walks, 26, 20, 20 mins

each.

Friday – The Firm complete workout

upper body (40 min). I thought this was a newer Firm, but it was one of

those compilation dvds. I didn’t like that format the last time I

tried, but this time I stuck with it, and actually ended up enjoying it.

Not to mention it was extremely effective. High heart rate all the way

through, and when I thought my arms were going to fall off, I just amused

myself by wondering what Wayne Gretzy thought of his wife showing all that skin!

LOL Long time Wayne fan (I’m Canadian, it’s genetic).

Anyway, I can definitely feel my triceps and my lats today.

Today – walking

I have been trying for weeks to cut back

from 3 days a week weight lifting, to two, in hopes that my appetite

decreases. It’s a hard habit to break, especially since I enjoy it

so much. I’m just so darn hungry on days that I do weights….
