Guest guest
Hi , I haven't done Beachbody workouts in ages, so I don't remember which one I liked best yet. Which is your favorite? I'd find it hard to choose a favoriete because different ones are right for different situations. I really enjoy Debbie Siebers. I can see why you sub the weights for the bands. It really is hard to quantify the effort. I do enjoy the variety. That's the very reason that I bought some kettlebells as well. Variety! Ahhh, I'm so glad to be doing this stuff again! > > > > I took a rest day yesterday. Today I did Slim in 6 Keep it Up. Guest guest
Thank you, ! You're very kind. This is a really nice group. I'm looking forward to doing that one soon. Maybe tomorrow! I also appreciate workouts that I can do barefoot. For some reason, the raised heel in most athletic shoes aggravates my ankle and foot problem. I can't wear any heel at all yet, or the pain comes back. I can work out barefoot at home, though. It seems counter-intuitive, but I have no pain working out barefoot. I think I'll eventually be able to wear athletic shoes, but not yet. > > Hi ! > > Of the Debbie Siebers workouts I have done (I have some virgins too) I > like Firm It Up! the best.
