You're on a great roll with your workouts too Sara!! I have that G-Force workout, but have never tried it..GRR.... I have to have them all, but then I have too many to do! I LOVE it though ;) I don't think there could be much of a " healthier " addiction :)

Darcy

Hi All,

Well, I hit both my Mon and Tues workouts so far - so I'm doing

better than last week already! lol

Monday I did FitPrime G-Force with Tracie Long for the rebounder.

This was a neat circuit workout! Tons of variety on the rebounder,

and Tracie's cueing is excellent, as usual. She switches between

intervals of rebounding and intervals of weight training (off the

rebounder). She's having fun in this workout, not robotic at all.

The music is a bit classic FIRM-like, but is also quite upbeat in

places. I wouldn't call it great, but as expected it matches the

workout very well.

There's a lot going on in this workout, so here's more info:

I didn't feel like I pushed myself as much as I could/should have

with this one. I'm feeling kind of blah this week. I also think I'm

itching to get back to more traditional (for me) workouts after my

beachbody month. I'll finish out my rebounder week this week, but

will change it up next week. I was planning a stabiliy ball week

next week, but I've decided to push that to the week after. I'm

going to do a " Pump " theme next week, and will do Amy Bento's All

Pump (regular) and two Body Pump workouts. That should feed my fix

until I start my traditional strength training plan in January. :)

Plus, hopefully I'll catch some of Darcy's energy from across the

state. ;)

For cardio today, I went with Runervals Easy Intervals on the tmill.

I've reviewed this one before, and here's more info:

I really expected this to feel easier than last time I did it, but I

can't say that was the case. The +3 mph pace was really tough, and I

had to cut back on some of those intervals. I guess I need to do

this workout more than once every 2-3 months to progress with it,

huh? ;) But, it was a nice change from my usual Thursday tmill

program, but I plan to do the cross train program this Thursday as

well.

I followed that with Ab Ripper 200. This workout gets a big " eh "

from me. Nothing fancy, and my obliques felt neglected. It was

really short though, so I guess that's something, lol!

Okay, guess that's it for now.

Hi Darcy,

Thanks! I know what you mean about addiction!! I'm a collector by

nature and always go overboard with my hobbies, so it's not a big

surprise for me, lol. I've acquired SOOOO many workouts in the last

few months that it's ridiculous!

I agree though - it's a great healthy hobby to have, lol. And I

seemed to have swapped out buying card making supplies (additional

stuff I don't need) with videos, and I gotta tell ya - it's SO much

cheaper! LOL ;)
