I always appreciate workouts that use your own body weight and torque to achieve results, which is why I'm a fan of pilates and yoga. Have mat, will travel. Firm it Up! is all lower body, no lunges, yet a KILLER workout! No equipment needed! Happy you are here and posting! I never knew you from the other groups, but I see why you were missed!
