Guest guest
Im glad the chiro helped you out! I just had my hip pop out of place on wed. I went to the chiro on tuesday. I have a very bad hip that likes to just slip out. I can be doing nothing but side steping and it pops out. ugh. I dont know anything about the Gyminee. Guest guest
Check out www.gyminee.com. It's a free exercise/food diary website. You can use it on your IPhone and I believe on other cell phones/PDAs, too. It automatically shows you your fat/carb/protein balance and it's super quick and easy to add your food intake. I have been using it to record my eating and exercise this week until I hurt my hip. We hurt our hips the same day! LOL Bad day for hips I guess. ;-) Mel > Im glad the chiro helped you out! Guest guest
Must have been. Mine is so testy that it just pops out when it wants to. 3 kids later no wonder if complains at times! > > > > > > Ten and a half weeks into my challenge I did the ab wheel at the > > gym. > > > The next day my back was killing me. Guest guest
I had a hip flexor injury for about 8 months. I went to the Bronco (yes the football team) rehabilitation center and had physical therapy. I have never been to a chiro but some of my friends swear by them! I have now learned to listen to my body a bit more after that experience. Glad you are feeling better! Guest guest
Don't know anything about Gyminee, but I do have experience with chiropractors A few years ago I was out x-country skiing. I hit an icy patch, under a tree, on a hill, and my feet flew out from under me. I hit very hard -- heard my neck strum like a guitar string. I had a bit of a stiff neck the next day (and a bruised butt , but over the next week or so I started having headaches. I decided if ever there was a time to go to the chiro, it was then. He worked on me over a period of a few months to take care of the neck stuff as well as just being " misaligned " after 40 years of life, and now I go every three months for general " maintenance " . Since I have been seeing him I no longer wake up with stiff necks or upper back pain, sciatic pain, etc -- all things that would creep up occasionally, especially after working out. I'm sold. If your insurance covers it, it is definitely treatment to look in to for chronic pain. 2 cents, Dana
