Guest guest
, have you ever done the original Buns of Steel with the pole vaulter? OMG my buns were on FIRE! I don't remember it being tricky either, mostly pilates type stuff with lots of repetion, think Debbie Siebers too. So happy you were pleased with this one! I'm curious now to try other workouts in this series! I wasn't impressed with the yoga one, but really enjoy the BOS T'ai Chi tape I have. If you are depressed or stressed, this tape WORKS! It's beginner level, easy to follow, flowing, and " cleansing " for the soul! Anyway, thanks for the thorough review! It was a nice read! Guest guest
- I loved the BOS from days gone by!! Funny, the Buns of Steel Yoga is still my fave Yoga workout of all time. I still do it every now & again. I have one of those DVD players where you can turn VHS into DVD, I should take my old exercise VHS into DVDs!! Guest guest
pole vaulter??? Um... no. I don't have too many and haven't done but a few of the ones I have. If this is the one with Greg y though, then I do have it and I've read about it. I'm waiting for a really good day on which I'm not afraid of intense pain! ;-) I have The FIRM Standing Legs too and am waiting for a similar day (on a different week!) to do that one too. I would like to try more too. I didn't even know there was a BOS yoga or T'ai Chi!!! I never would have thought it either, the title "Buns of Steel" just does not make me think of yoga or T'ai Chi! I'll have to be on the lookout though at dollar stores (which is where I've gotten one or two of these I think). Thanks for your kind words too, !
