My favorite is the beauty sweat one I think (the one w/ the side planks). The weight loss is is also really good.
Guest guest
I wasn't crazy about her Crunch workouts (too many people) but I found her 20 minute makeover series at the library and liked all but the one with weights. I also tried her yoga on the ball awhile ago and it was one of my 1st yoga experiences and found it really awkard because I didn't know anything about the poses. She supposedly has a " new " dvd which is all of the 20 minute series and the ball workout one 1 dvd so it should be easier to add on. > > Subject: Re: yoga > To: exercisevideos > Date: Monday, October 6, 2008, 9:10 AM > > I love Sara Ivanhoe's yoga workouts. Guest guest
Well, I made my goal of 3 workouts this week! It feels so good too! This morning I warmed up with the first workout from 10 Minute Solution ( Dozois again). It is a steady state cardio workout and had my HR way up there. After the blood was flowing a bit I did the General Practice Routine (think that's the name) from the Beginner menu of Yoga Complete for Every Body. It is 45 minutes and includes sitting, reclined and standing poses. I've never done this one before but I liked it. I really needed a good stretch and this did pretty well. My glutes and hamstrings are still a bit sore from yesterday's workouts but by the end of the yoga session I could move much more freely. Tomorrow is work at 7 AM, grocery shopping (trying to go to a bunch of different stores to get all the good deals, I hate doing this but whatever works...), and then a WW training session in the afternoon. Might go see a play put on by middle school students at my kids' elementary school in the evening too. It is only $1 per person plus refreshments so if we can get some family entertainment for less than $10 I'm all for it! Anyway, I didn't plan to work out Friday and I doubt I will. Saturday we're getting our tree but I might try to get a workout in. Sunday starts a whole new week and I'm going to have to plan that very soon if I want to have success again! :-)
