It lists 2 circuit workouts for each fitness level, and if you aren't sure what an exercise is you can click on it and it will give you a demonstration of it. I thought this would be fun to do to aerobics music at home. The only thing I would change is to just do everything for one minute each. That's how we did it when I went through the Camp 24 Master Class.
