I've been doing the newer FIRMs lately and have been pretty happy with the results but some concentrated kickboxing sounds like a good way of shaking things up. I might have to focus more on Pilates based moves though because I still have stiffness/pain in my right lower back, I'm pretty sure that it's from the tightness in my quads and psoas. I bought Debbie Siebers' newest workout and the routine for the lower back absolutely hit my pain point...I really need to incorporate that one into the mix. I've missed you too I just seem to get so busy that I can't consistently post , a little discipline and better time management should fix it - I'm trying Hugs, Vennitta Vennitta, THANK YOU!
