Hey ,

I'll probably do it in Jan, maybe Dec depending on my schedule.

I've been doing the newer FIRMs lately and have been pretty happy with the results but some concentrated kickboxing sounds like a good way of shaking things up. I might have to focus more on Pilates based moves though because I still have stiffness/pain in my right lower back, I'm pretty sure that it's from the tightness in my quads and psoas. I bought Debbie Siebers' newest workout and the routine for the lower back absolutely hit my pain point...I really need to incorporate that one into the mix.

I've missed you too I just seem to get so busy that I can't consistently post :(, a little discipline and better time management should fix it - I'm trying :)
