I purchased this one from Amazon earlier this month after renting it from netflix. It is simple enough that it doesn't matter how poorly cues, you can still figure out what to do (I can most of the time anyway). I did it on Friday and, like Thursday, I was sleep-deprived and not at all in the mood to workout but I forced myself to anyway and was glad to have done it. A lot of it can be done on a rebounder easily but I chose not to use one this time. I did, by the way, focus on keeping my heels down when I used the rebounder Thursday and my calves did not bother me at all on Friday! I noticed I was focusing on using more of my whole foot in this workout too and it felt good. Anyway, I took it kind of easy with this one. There are 3 15 minute workouts, easy walk, one with intervals and then one using weights for upper body toning while you walk. I didn't ramp up the easy walk though I did try to work really hard during most of the intervals (which are mostly not very difficult unless you focus on working really hard) and got into it more by the time the 3rd one was going. The stretch at the end is 10 minutes and very good. I felt really good when I got done and was glad to have done it.

I was just commenting on how much Debbie Rocker's incessant talking bugged me and also talks constantly but I noticed, at least in this one, she is primarily cueing and not just talking to talk. She does say "I'm proud of you!" a few times but she's not annoying in this one and she's not over the top enthusiastic but she's smiling and fun. I get a good feeling when I do this one.
