Yesterday I did the upper body and ab sections of The Firm Super Body Sculpt, then stretched out with Slim and Limber, which felt SO good. Before supper I walked on the tmill for 15 minutes, too. Today I walked on the tmill - 40 mins this morning, and another 16 before supper. , apologizing for her ISP refusing to recognize Carolyn (!) No virus found in this outgoing message.
