Hello ers,

Here's something for fun when you have time. Go to http://realage.com

and take the test. Results take about 1-2 hours. It's very interesting.

My biological age is 54.2 - the test results show me at 44.3 - almost

10 years less in difference. Considering a lifetime of CMT and a whole

lot of sh** in my life, I was pretty surprized I got this score.

I am curious if any others of you with CMT would have similiar results.

Once said CMT makes us stronger, that's true, I also feel it

makes us pay attention to our health habits more.
