Great workoputs this morning, Donna! Based on your review I think you would

like the Jiliian kickboxing workout if you haven't done it already - you

can get it cheap at Ross.

Sorry to hear your back is giving you grief! You were using your noodle as a

foam roller . Hint hint.

I still think you shouls splurge on a massage. I get them cheap at the massage

school in town for $20. They are students in the last part of thei curriculum

and are pretty good! Perhaps there's one near you if there's a cost issue?

Hi !

Thanks Oddly enough, my back is feeling pretty

good today - there is no rhyme or reason to it at all.

On my rest week it bothered me as much as on my

workout weeks....weird. But I'm glad it isn't

troubling me right now. Maybe it was the foam

roller/pool noodle. I think I should get the Voight

kit - maybe in lieu of the sacro wedge - I think I can

mimic it by using the Petrone balls and the noodle!
