Guest guest
6 lbs is great!! Good job. I did my first cardio this morning. I feel really good today. Eggs and a medium orange for breakfast and on my third glass of water. Oh, and for dinner last night I made the Italian Style Turkey Burger from the EFL book. It was sooooo good. A little high on the fat but that is ok. I'm not sweating it because it was better than what I was eating. If it is in the book, I'm eating it...lol! I have leftovers for lunch for the next two days. And my 4 1/2 yr old daughter and husband ate it all up. ) ~*~~*~ 's Accessories Custom Fashion Accessories for Mom and Daughter sOnlineShop: http://www.etsy.com/shop.php?user_id=5469402 Blog: http://ashleysaccessories.blogspot.com/ Re: 2nd week Wow! 6 pds?! Guest guest
I've been wanting to make the Italian Turkey Burger myself. Glad to hear it was good! I LOVE the EFL book! Such great recipes. The Golden Pancakes are really great too. My two year old loves them! > > > > This is my second week. I weighed on saturday for the first week and > i > > lost 6 lbs. I am loving the free day. Guest guest
Honestly, I've noticed that the majority of the " clean-eating " meals takes lots of prep time and dish washing! I felt like I was in the kitchen constantly yesterday! Well worth it though...so much better for us. Nothing worth doing comes easy I suppose! And the more I get used to it, the faster it well go I'm guessing... I noticed your email ends in bellsouth.net. Are you in NC? > > > > > > This is my second week. Guest guest
It does in the beginning, and like everything else, our brains will figure out quicker ways to go about it. > Honestly, I've noticed that the majority of the " clean-eating " meals > takes lots of prep time and dish washing! Guest guest
I find that it does take alot of time, but just once a week. I do all my weeks prep all on one day, then it's not so bad the rest of the weeks. But you will absolutely find easier and faster ways of doing things. > > > Honestly, I've noticed that the majority of the " clean-eating " meals > > takes lots of prep time and dish washing!
