Donna, you probably don't need this one but the Kunalini one I watched last

night looks NEAT! Deepok Chopra (sp?) Endorses it.

Maya Fiennes in Kundalini for Detox and Destress does a lot of chanting and thje

music is pretty good! It's one of those practices where all the teeny tiny

movements will burn after a bit!

The setting is a bit like Body Mixes yoga, all white backgrounnd asnd floor, and

Maya is wearing what almost looks to be a white bathrobe.
