If I can do it you can definitely do it! I don't remember how many lunges are in Tear It Up, but that's the only thing that might be a challenge for you (too many squats for fussy knees). The fear factor passes pretty quickly and before you know it she's starts the blissful 6 min stretch.

In Firm It Up, weights are optional...I don't know if I'll ever be able to add weights though :)

Yeah, I figure if I need a lighter day I can always do Burn It Up instead of the harder ones in the Slim Series. I hope to do one of these tomorrow! I'll probably do Mix It Up again because it seems to be the next step up from Burn It Up. I watched Tear it Up, all 77 minutes of it, so now I'm mortified to try it! It looks uber painful! I'm so impressed that you did that AND Firm It Up already!!
